What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field inbound calls from customers, assisting with inquiries about services and website navigation
- Clarify customer requirements and provide accurate information to resolve issues
- Maintain call center database by accurately entering customer information
- Implement solutions for customer problems and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a structured environment
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally
