What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and coordinate rides to medical facilities for customers
- Assist in coordinating mass transportation when necessary
- Administer trips for volunteer/independent drivers and mileage reimbursement program
- Resolve problems by working closely with transportation providers and healthcare facilities
- Assign reservations to network providers for efficient use of vehicle resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of patience, empathy, and care for customers
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an inbound call center environment with heavy phone volume and data entry preferred
- Prior experience in an inbound call center preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
