What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers by answering inbound calls and reserving storage units that meet their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with a close-knit team to maximize monthly commissions
- Participate in coaching sessions aimed at personal and professional growth
- Maintain proficiency in using Microsoft Windows applications for customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to effectively connect and communicate over the phone
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Fluency in Spanish is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications
- Availability to work some weekends
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
