      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 120-200 outbound calls daily to prospective students from warm and cold lists
      - Conduct high-energy phone consultations to identify student goals and recommend appropriate training programs
      - Manage your sales pipeline through a CRM with detailed notes and follow-ups
      - Close sales in a short cycle (same-day to 7 days) using ethical persuasion
      - Collaborate with peers and leaders to enhance scripts and conversion rates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment
      - Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to maintain high activity levels (120-200+ dials per day)
      - Experience with short-cycle or one-call closes
      - Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
