      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide general IT end-user support to both English and Italian speaking users
      - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve technical issues
      - Offer first-level support, including password resets and hardware/software troubleshooting
      - Properly escalate unresolved issues with strong documentation for further assistance
      - Maintain accurate recording, categorization, and closure of all support tickets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
      - 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional environment
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Bilingual in English and Italian (both written and oral)
      - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in a related field
