What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
- Monitor client progress and update goals based on data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- A deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical leadership role
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in clinical settings
- Additional certifications relevant to behavioral analysis
