  The Opportunity
  Catalyst is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our team in analyzing business processes and helping identify technology solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon existing Business Analyst skills and develop skills in client interactions, project leadership, and project testing .
  
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Project Manager and Product Owner.

  • Lead discovery sessions with team members based on project requirements.

  • Create process flows using information from client documentation and discovery sessions .

  • Create requirement documentation, user stories , and acceptance criteria with minimal input.

  • Assess SOW alignment as needed.

  • Track work using ticket assignments to ensure project progress and quality.

  • Write client-deliverable test scripts.

  • Performs end-to-end testing with the capability of determining potential gaps in functionality.

  • Lead demonstrations for client testers.

  • Document and prioritize client feedback.

  • Plan training needs and documentation.

  • Lead training sessions for trainers or super users.
    
    

  What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles .

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior analysts.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills .

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.

  • Previous experience or internship in a consulting environment is a plus.

  • Salary range of $ 81,600-$110,600 *
