      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and implement governance processes across multiple business lines
      - Develop and operationalize business rules for monitoring critical data quality
      - Establish data stewardship and accountability models in collaboration with various stakeholders
      - Conduct root cause analysis and remediation for data quality issues
      - Facilitate the creation of play/run books for operational remediation and support the implementation of data governance tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in Data Governance or related role
      - 6+ years of experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
      - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
      - Proven experience in financial services with a focus on data governance
      - Strong project execution and problem-solving skills in complex environments
