What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set and manage quotas and commissions for the sales team in Victoria and South Australia
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior sales staff to help them achieve professional growth and targets
- Source new leads through proactive outreach and respond to inbound inquiries
- Meet high growth sales targets by managing the sales pipeline from screening to closing deals
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction and successful post-sales handoff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of end-to-end sales experience with a proven track record of sourcing new prospects and closing deals
- Strong background in value-based sales with high-volume sales results
- Experience in the agricultural sector or dairy farming is essential
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively present the value proposition
- Results-driven with excellent time management and adaptability in a high-stakes sales environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in the technology-based industry
- A university degree or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory
