      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and prospect nonprofit organizations that would benefit from the employer's call center and outreach services
      - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting methods
      - Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client pain points and tailor solutions
      - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses to nonprofit stakeholders
      - Build and nurture long-term relationships with nonprofit leaders, associations, and industry influencers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with nonprofit clients or mission-driven organizations
      - Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
      - Understanding of nonprofit fundraising, donor engagement, or outreach operations
      - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in CRM tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
      - Experience selling services such as call center, BPO, SaaS, or fundraising solutions
