      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and prioritize compelling leads, converting them into qualified meetings through multi-touch, multi-channel sequences
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to engage high-priority accounts with personalized messaging
      - Conduct cold calls and navigate blockers to reach target prospects
      - Create customized outreach strategies and follow up on leads with original messaging
      - Research new accounts, build target lists, and refine methodologies to drive qualified meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar, or 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with executive presence in customer interactions
      - Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and making clear recommendations
      - Familiarity with sales and marketing technology tools, including AI
      - Prior healthcare experience is strongly preferred
