What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain geo/account/persona maps; analyze trends and competitive signals for targeted outreach.
- Produce concise briefs and translate signals into respectful outreach that builds relationships.
- Plan and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays with Marketing and AEs for targeted engagement.
- Manage pipeline programs across leads and workstreams, coordinating with AEs, RevOps, and Marketing.
- Represent the employer with care and credibility, fostering trust with clients and prospects.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and making clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM, sequencing tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; light data wrangling is a plus.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in sales training or exposure to go-to-market motions.
- Evidence of strong writing skills; writing samples welcome.
- Experience in business development, sales, or startup operations.
