What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis to support key company annual strategic goals including pricing and menu mix analysis
- Assist with the development and analysis of pre/post tests for marketing and operations
- Analyze ongoing reports to identify key insights that support restaurant business performance
- Monitor economic and competitive variables influencing the business and develop efficient reporting processes
- Build and maintain documentation and guidelines around analytical methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial and/or marketing analysis
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Work experience in the restaurant and/or retail CPG industries
- Confidence in presenting financial results to a non-financial audience
- Experience deriving actionable business insights from imperfect data sets
