What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain data analytics and reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making
- Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights that drive organizational growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify analytical needs and define data-driven outcomes
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to inform key strategic decisions
- Ensure reliability and performance of BI applications through testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and present insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of higher education analytics and institutional research practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FERPA and IPEDS data reporting
