What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, produce, and analyze customer operations data for operational processes
- Create and maintain reports for business operations and special projects
- Monitor and analyze information using various applications and statistical tools
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of information systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of related experience in Operations, IT, or Reporting
- Proficiency in analytical principles and information systems
- Strong knowledge of databases and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
