What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
- Maintain and grow the customer base within a designated territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
