KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Creating deep relationships with the client and their prospective partners
• Managing the deal process from start to finish
• Managing expectations of both the client and their prospective partners
• Negotiating key deal terms of the Letter of Intent
• Communicating with the client the prospective partners on deal deadlines
• Creatively coming up with solutions to help narrow any disparity on the deal structure
• Properly illustrating the value of the business to achieve the best outcome for the client and prospective partnerSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Deep dental industry knowledge of the Dental Support Organizations
• Understanding of who are the companies (lenders or private equity firms) backing the companies the clients are partnering with
• Understanding legal documents such as asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, joinder agreements, membership unit agreements, and related services agreements
• Demonstrated experience in developing new and successful business initiatives and the ability to coordinate relevant services to incorporate the business
• Ability to give professional presentations to board-level executives
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, business planning, overall company strategy, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
