What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Ability to read and speak clearly
- Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
- Availability to work within specified hours, including weekends
- Ability to listen and comprehend respondent answers and accurately type them into the survey software platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typing speed of 30 wpm with accuracy
- Ability to provide own equipment (laptop, headset, webcam, etc.)
- Dedicated, quiet working space free of distractions
