What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level customer service solutions through consistent outbound calls
- Document all customer interactions using provided tools and maintain adherence to company policies
- Capture and enter data efficiently during customer interactions
- Upsell products and services while setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least one year of Call Center experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice with strong communication skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in an outbound call environment
