What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound Service Center calls related to Human Resources inquiries and patient care requests
- Maintain exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and complaints
- Conduct status reviews and maintain accurate data entry of sensitive information
- Serve as a key point-of-contact for caregivers regarding pay discrepancies and schedule changes
- Follow up with patients and caregivers via phone, SMS, and email to foster positive relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute to the Las Vegas, NV office 3 times a week
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service environment
- Experience with CRMs or Workforce Technology, such as Salesforce or Medflyt
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt to different personalities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed service targets and metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of relevant experience in a healthcare call center or contact center environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
- Experience in an HR Service Center is preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare or startup environment
