Job Description
- Req#: R-20613
- To provide a placement service to Istituto Marangoni students collaborating with external companies in order to place the maximum number of students
- To represent the first contact for students
- To organize students’ seminars giving information, advices, and suggestions about careers, delivered through cv guidance, interview techniques, cover letters, and knowledge in the fashion industry
- To contribute to rise the interest in careers service department amongst students
- To monitor and prepare periodical reports (rates of placed students)
- To manage the organization of projects for the master classes at least two times per year
- To be a support of School departments as a member of the team (open days, academic requests..)
- To manage the interviews with the students offering them support
- To contribute to the organization on promotional events like fashion show, degree shows…
- To update regularly careers service’s database
- To support the Careers Service & Industry Relation Manager in daily activities and strategic projects.
Job summary
The job will consist in providing support to students in finding placements including preparing cv and portfolio, developing interview skills, etc..).
The purpose of the job is prepare and deliver workshops for job hunting, develop relationships with key companies in the fashion and related industries, create and maintain a database to track and monitor alumni of Istituto Marangoni.
