What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide quality telephonic customer service in a high-volume call center environment
- Complete accurate data entry and review of healthcare referrals
- Operate proprietary systems and enter assigned electronic orders into the coordination system
- Ensure timely updates to all case stakeholders and transcribe correspondence from dictation
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling challenges and meet production expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning proprietary systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
