      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and optimize the Charge Description Master to ensure accurate and compliant billing processes
      - Research and update billing guidelines to maintain compliance with Medicare and Medicaid standards
      - Perform quality control and troubleshooting activities to monitor charging practices
      - Analyze industry trends regarding pricing policies and recommend adjustments
      - Coordinate and oversee projects, preparing reports and presenting findings as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a charge description master or revenue integrity-related position
      - Knowledge of hospital financial operations, including reimbursement
      - Completion of designated Epic training within 6 months of hire
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
      - 5 or more years of experience with medical billing and coding
      - CPC or CPC-A coding certification
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure
      - Certified Charge Capture Professional (CCCP) certification
