      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and oversee site layout, grading, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control plans
      - Prepare permit applications for various environmental and construction-related permits
      - Create hydrologic, hydraulic, drainage, and utility design plans
      - Lead project teams to ensure delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals
      - Serve as the technical lead on engineering tasks and provide mentorship to junior engineers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license, with the ability to obtain reciprocity in multiple states
      - Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience with progressive project leadership responsibilities
      - Strong understanding of hydrology, grading, permitting, and construction processes
      - Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams

      - Background in managing projects with a focus on profitability and risk management
