      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist claim staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks based on jurisdictional requirements
      - Prepare files for legal defense referrals or subpoena responses
      - Schedule physician appointments and send appropriate letters and records
      - Answer phone inquiries and make outbound calls to request information
      - Edit and organize records for Utilization or Legal Review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one year of clerical or customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC applications
      - Strong organizational and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      - Experience in multi-tasking across various systems and/or programs
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
