      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Client Executive in producing and retaining profitable business in the Large Group segment
      - Interact with consultants, brokers, and benefit administrators to achieve business objectives
      - Conduct group educational meetings with members and prospective members
      - Maintain accuracy of prospect and customer data, quoting, proposals, plan documents, and contracts
      - Monitor compliance adherence related to Large Employer segment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience
      - Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire
      - Driver's License required
      - Experience in Business Acumen, Customer Relations, or related field
      - Group Insurance Large Group experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the health insurance industry, particularly with Large Group (151+ eligible employees)
      - Familiarity with underwriting principles and health insurance products
      - Proven ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including brokers and consultants
