      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day relationships with employer clients to maximize the benefits of Hinge Health programs
      - Drive client retention and achieve high client satisfaction scores (9/10+ NPS)
      - Develop and implement best-practice enrollment communications campaigns to meet client goals
      - Advocate for clients to ensure they are utilizing the full suite of Hinge Health products
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Data, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Client Success Manager within the digital health industry
      - Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
      - Strong data storytelling skills to influence customer decisions through data-driven insights
      - Subject matter expertise in the employer's product offerings, including functionalities and best practices
      - Ability to navigate complex client environments and manage multiple priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
      - Experience in a high-growth company and understanding of associated challenges
      - Familiarity with employee benefits and the digital health landscape
      - Proficiency in data integration and advanced Excel skills
