What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage top-tier Fortune 100 client relationships and account expansion strategies
- Execute engagement and delivery strategies for training and assessment programs
- Document costs associated with program delivery and maintain day-to-day program success metrics
- Coordinate with delivery teams on program execution for corporate audiences
- Build and present client-facing reports that include data on learning and engagement outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, client management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite for data management and reporting
- Experience in project management and operating in cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Jira or other project management tools
- Background in coordinating training programs
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
