What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with University Partner clinical education teams to discover and maintain clinical sites while keeping site information updated in the SalesForce CRM system
- Manage a caseload of outbound/inbound communications related to student placements
- Oversee contract activities between clinical sites and University Partner leadership
- Facilitate student-site interviews and track results using the EXXAT platform
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA & FERPA standards while handling clinical site or student information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated organizational and data management skills in technology, healthcare, or education sectors
- Understanding of clinical placements in healthcare education
- Excellent time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

- Experience with regulatory and/or accreditation policies
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse multi-cultural environment
- Self-starter capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks under pressure
