      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Relay reviewed medical results to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding
      - Manage high volumes of inbound calls while documenting patient information accurately
      - Schedule patient appointments in compliance with established criteria
      - Communicate effectively with medical offices regarding patient concerns and issues
      - Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active certification or license as an LPN, CMA, RMA, or EMT
      - Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting related to certification
      - Ability to comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations
      - Excellent communication skills for effective patient interactions
      - Strong documentation skills in electronic medical records (EMR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a call center environment within healthcare
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and patient scheduling processes
      - Additional certifications relevant to patient access or healthcare services
