      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, close-out) and ensure sites adhere to protocol and GCP
      - Verify source data and promptly resolve queries
      - Enter and review clinical data in EDC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
      - Support study start-up activities, including regulatory submissions and site set-up
      - Maintain study files and trackers, and assist with vendor coordination as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in clinical research (CRA, coordinator, or clinical ops)
      - Strong knowledge of GCP and basic regulatory requirements
      - Proficiency with EDC, eTMF, and Excel/Google Sheets
      - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality
      - Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a startup environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in oncology, imaging, or medical devices
      - Prior exposure to risk-based monitoring
      - Familiarity with dashboards, trackers, or clinical operations technology
