  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage a team of in-house and regional Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) providing guidance on study conduct and clinical operational strategy
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for CRA escalations and issue resolution throughout assigned studies
  - Conduct monitoring visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
  - Train site personnel on protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  - Develop and assess Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor of Science degree in natural sciences or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  - Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 3 years in a CRA management or lead CRA role
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn additional software tools
  - Knowledge of US IDE, IND, and OUS regulations preferred
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  - Strong relationship-building skills with investigative sites
