What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and execution of internal research projects in collaboration with the Data Science Team and Clinical Leadership
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and analysis to inform Equip's strategy and outcome evaluations
- Manage the lifecycle of IRB submissions and ensure compliance with ethical standards
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with manuscript preparation and conference presentations
- Collaborate with non-research teams to drive data-informed decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree in psychology, public health, clinical science, behavioral science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong academic writing skills demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations
- Proficiency in advanced statistical tests, quantitative research, and research study design
- Experience with SQL, statistical software (R preferred), and Git/Github
- Excellent organization, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
