What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality
- Conduct site visits including pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Manage site start-up procedures and assist with budget negotiations
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and project management teams regarding study issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience; at least 1 year in oncology
- Global clinical trial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
