      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop multi-channel recruitment strategies for clinical trials, including digital ads and provider referrals
      - Identify and test new recruitment channels and partnerships
      - Collaborate with the research operations team to align recruitment plans with study timelines
      - Review and suggest enhancements for outreach materials and patient-facing content
      - Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; marketing, communications, or related field preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research patient recruitment
      - Experience recruiting for therapeutic clinical trials
      - Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and patient populations
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

      - Experience with field marketing
      - Proven ability to build and improve performance-driven patient recruitment strategies
