      We are seeking a field-based professional with strong experience in collaborating directly with physicians and a solid understanding of the Polish healthcare market.

      The foundation of this position is hands-on experience in the medical field environment and established relationships within the medical community. This is not a purely sales-driven role; rather, it requires a consultative, partnership-oriented approach combined with the ability to operate effectively within structured performance frameworks.


      What You’ll Do:

      • Support the delivery of recruitment objectives, business growth and randomization targets by taking responsibility for recruitment, engagement

      • and retention of patients at the sites.

      • Build a strong network with non-medical partners (Patients advocacy groups, sport groups, social clubs, schools, retirement houses) to strengthen the

      • awareness of clinical trials.

      • Locate, schedule and attend various community wide events that allows face-to-face interaction to obtain opt-in database leads.

      • Cultivate and maintain respectable relations with the community and promote clinical trials attend community events.

      • Maintain knowledge of current enrolling studies, timelines for the studies and

      • protocol requirements.

      • Ensure an increase in the database and actively contributes to initiatives and strategies to enroll potential participants onto the database.

      • Distribute flyers, posters and other advertising material as appropriate to increase awareness of clinical trials.

      • Ensure technology is utilized to fullest extent in recruitment strategies to secure on-time Enrollment.

      • Manage projects and act as point of contact for various internal clients.


      Education and Experience:

      • Minimum 3 years of field-based experience within the medical environment (e.g., Medical Representative, Key Account Manager, Clinical Liaison, or (equivalent experience)

      • Proven experience in direct collaboration with medical specialists and healthcare professionals

      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector

      • Experience working toward quantitative targets (KPIs, performance goals) and reporting field activities

      • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and the operational dynamics of medical centers and specialist clinics

      • Ability to analyze site potential and effectively plan and execute field activities

      • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct substantive, professional discussions with physicians

      • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

      • Results-oriented mindset combined with high ethical standards and compliance awareness

      • Ability to work in a consultative, partnership-based model rather than a purely sales-driven approach


      In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

      Nice to Have

      • Experience in clinical research, patient recruitment projects, or drug programs

      • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles

      • Experience collaborating with hospitals and specialized medical centers

      • Experience working with physicians in cardiology, dermatology, diabetology, or gastroenterology.


      Working Conditions and Environment:


      Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
      Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international.


      Physical Requirements:

      • Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.

      • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

      • Frequent mobility required.

      • Occasional crouching, stooping, bending and twisting of upper body and neck.

      • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.

      • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.

      • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
