      Description

      We're hiring a mortgage loan officer assistant who will work directly with and support our loan origination staff. You'll track leads daily, schedule appointments for the mortgage team, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed.

      Responsibilities
      • Collect the required information from borrowers
      • Verification of documents provided by borrowers
      • Gather information for underwriting, including title search, property value evaluation, and financial analysis
      • Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements
      • Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process
      • Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Strong credit analysis and accounting background
      • Proficiency in MS Office is required
      • Ability to analyze financial data
      • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
