What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the sales process within designated territories to drive revenue growth
- Deliver presentations to architects, designers, and end-users about flooring solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Participate in team-building activities and plant tours during training
- Engage in sales ride-alongs and product knowledge assessments to enhance expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- Willingness to relocate to Cartersville, GA for 10-12 week training program
- Willingness to relocate to the Houston market
- Strong desire to grow, learn, and succeed in a sales career
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
