What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and research potential clients using prospecting tools and execute cold outreach via phone and email
- Conduct product and service offering meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close deals while maintaining profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and upsell opportunities
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using HubSpot Sales Hub CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of B2B sales experience required
- Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage time effectively between activities
- Ability to adapt to new situations and resolve conflicts positively
- Skilled in compiling and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Previous experience with customer service standards and practices
