What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including email, video calls, and LinkedIn
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within specified schedules
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with business clients
- Coordinate sales efforts with core team members in Strategy, Business Development, and Operations
- Maintain the client database/CRM and prepare correspondences with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Diploma in Business or a relevant field
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in French, Spanish, or another language is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot or another CRM system
