What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead social strategy and execution for Consumer Products partnerships and Spanish-language channels
- Develop social content calendars and channel-specific strategies tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences
- Manage day-to-day social operations including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement
- Track social performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Maintain awareness of social trends and gaming culture to connect cultural moments to the brand
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working for a major game publisher or in the gaming sector
- Native Spanish speaker or equivalent full fluency (5+ years)
- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization for Spanish-speaking audiences
- Proven track record managing high-volume social media channels for well-known gaming publishers or similar organizations
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate metrics into insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience contributing to or managing social content for a major gaming franchise
- Hands-on experience with creator/UGC communities and gaming culture trends
- A creative portfolio or examples of social strategies, campaigns, or content work
- Understanding of cultural moments and how to integrate them effectively into social content
