What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop clear, engaging, on-brand copy for marketing communications initiatives, seasonal activations, and promotional events
- Create weekly blog content to acquire and engage Guests, utilizing research and interviews with subject matter experts
- Design ongoing email campaigns that are targeted and personalized to enhance Guest engagement
- Edit and proofread internal and Guest-facing communications to ensure alignment with style guidelines
- Report on performance metrics for blog articles and email campaigns, identifying learnings and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in writing and adapting copy for multiple channels and audiences
- College degree in public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Knowledge of AP Style Guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of visual design fundamentals, including proficiency in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
