What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and support HITRUST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 audits
- Assist go-to-market teams with customer inquiries related to compliance
- Maintain and manage the organization’s Security and Privacy trust center
- Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and practices on a recurring basis
- Leverage automation and AI to streamline GRC processes, such as vendor security and user access reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in an information security role, focusing on risk and compliance
- Prior experience with HITRUST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 audits
- Strong GRC engineering mindset with a focus on automation for efficiency
- Experience building GRC programs in high-growth, cloud-native environments
- Knowledge of GRC tool techniques and industry best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks in a cloud environment
