What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices
- Lead benchmarking studies and provide actionable recommendations to clients
- Develop and execute project plans in alignment with project scope
- Support project workstreams and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Create client-facing materials, including assessment and executive slide decks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 5-10 years of relevant industry experience with appropriate licensure/certification
- Bachelor's Degree in health or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong operational knowledge of care management and patient placement processes
- Excellent time management and resource management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau is preferred but not required
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Ability to interface effectively with clinical and ancillary leaders
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
- Prior experience in a healthcare system performance improvement department
