What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis and research to drive client supply chain operations and transformation
- Manage initiatives to achieve project milestones in supply chain optimization
- Create and deliver client presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Lead analysis of business and technical problems, developing innovative solutions
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical or financial capacity within healthcare or supply chain
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical skills with a foundation in data manipulation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four years of experience in healthcare supply chain management or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with SQL and project management software
- Demonstrated capability to lead teams and drive value in projects
- Knowledge of financial improvement methodologies in healthcare
