      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather requirements and assist in work planning, development, and validation testing for Innovation Lab initiatives and projects
      - Participate in project planning, story grooming, daily stand-ups, and other project-related meetings
      - Establish and maintain strong relationships for project execution and delivery, escalating issues as needed
      - Analyze existing business and system processes, providing recommendations for tax automation implementation
      - Develop and update documentation relating to business and technical requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Business Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
      - Minimum of 6 hours of Accounting coursework or ability to substitute technical courses for accounting hours, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
      - Desire to perform business analysis in a high-energy team environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage ambiguity while working independently and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency in at least one programming language, scripting language, or automation platform
      - Experience with one or more database platforms
      - Six Sigma certification
      - CSM Certified ScrumMaster
      - Functional knowledge of finance packages, HRIS, and CRM applications (e.g., Workday and Salesforce)
