What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the internal content library to ensure accessibility and organization of assets
- Publish content on the organization's website using a headless CMS platform
- Document and enforce content governance frameworks, policies, and editorial guidelines
- Conduct regular audits of content to ensure accuracy and alignment with global brand guidelines
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content usage and performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise-level content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Strong understanding of content governance principles, including categorization and version control
- Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with regional teams
- Familiarity with digital content marketing strategies that support lead generation and engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specific experience with Sitecore, Airtable, Wrike, Microsoft 365, and Marketo Engage
- Experience working in a global or multi-regional context
- Proven ability to identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions
- Knowledge of top- and mid-funnel content strategies
