What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creation and publishing of video, photo, and graphic content that showcases employee stories
- Manage the content calendar for DraftKings Life across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent publishing
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to source and capture authentic narratives through interviews
- Create and edit short-form video content and supporting graphics that reflect the company culture
- Analyze performance metrics to inform content decisions and improve engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 1 year of content creation experience, including internships or personal projects
- Experience managing organic social media accounts with a focus on mobile-first content
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft engaging narratives and captions
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and graphic design experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A portfolio or content samples demonstrating content ideation, storytelling, and editing abilities
- Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Familiarity with analytics tools to drive social media performance
