What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and analyze new contracts to ensure compliance with billing requirements and audit standards
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to implement and operationalize payer contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, clinics, and community organizations for outreach and referrals
- Document compliance requirements and provide training to relevant staff
- Maintain organized records of outreach activities and follow-up processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Hands-on experience in medical billing, compliance, insurance contracting, or ABA administrative roles
- Knowledge of billing rules, CPT codes, and compliance standards in behavioral health
- Ability to work 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST with some flexibility
- Reliable transportation for local outreach visits and a proactive approach to contract launches
