What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve quarterly sales objectives through flawless execution of perfect store principles
- Manage a designated territory, recording weekly activities and providing feedback for route adjustments
- Monitor and analyze store and account level KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers for effective partnership
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
